Kirstie was fun, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and informative. It was a great study day and I felt I learned loads.
I discovered strategies that I would have never have thought to implement in my own role. I definitely think I will have use of all the information I learnt on the training. Kirstie was super friendly, approachable and informative. I love all her examples as this helped to cement those ideas into my head.
