Kirstie has been amazing! So informative, and each day I learnt so much, she had such a good understanding of the course material, over the 5 days I have built my confidence up to be able to deliver this myself with my organisation. I felt supported throughout the whole process. The week has gone so fast. And feel that this training is so important to delivering safe and evidence based practice. I can’t wait to come back from for my refresher course.

Great content and I have learned many tips that will help me to deliver the course to future delegates. Trainers were enthusiastic and knowledgeable which has help to grow my own confidence over the week. Restraint training is thorough but I feel that more time in this area to allow the trainees to gain more confidence in their delivery. However, by the end I was more confident than I had initially realised. The venue is beautiful and the lunch on offer has been great. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and support
