Both trainers was absolutely outstanding with how they explained things and the demonstration’s was great, was happy with the training.

Brilliant knowledge - any questions I had he had information and experience to explain and inform. , good skills when demonstrating breakaway techniques , very helpful, thinks on his feet.

Fantastic training, really informative and fun and engaging. He made it fun by interacting with everyone and Having a joke at times while still ensure we learnt all the breakaway maneuvers
