Been a carer 3 years and there was lots of information and techniques which I didn’t know, that would have been very useful to have known from the start of my employment in this industry.

This course has very useful and was fit for purpose. Andy is a supportive instructor and encourages group participation and ensures every individual is confident and happy before they leave every session. I would recommend this training for anyone
