Trainer (Dan Hine) was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. Used humour and own experience to inform the training. The course was informative and the handout very helpful. Great stuff :)

Dan Hine was absolutely amazing throughout the training. I thoroughly enjoyed having him as my trainer, as he explained and demonstrated everything clearly and professionally. It was very educating and made me do a lot of reflections
The course was amazing, learnt some new things about why people act the way they do and also realised there is a reason for why they do, the course was packed with so many useful informations and how to better relate with Patients/ colleagues and other people
