Very clear and time taken to make sure everyone was comfortable throughout the course.

Really interesting course, lots of things to take away and that I have learnt to go forward with. The techniques were easy to follow and the verbal training was well explained. Am very happy that what I have learnt will be relevant and effective in my job role.

Really helpful training. Rachael is really knowledgeable and was able to share some different activities for refresher courses. She explained things clearly and had some great suggestions.
