The practical side of things was really fun but also really good & easy to follow & understand. Fantastic trainer & would highly recommend.
Kirstie was amazing her passion for her past and current careers as well as care for patients shines through. It was the most interesting course I've been on and feel I've really be given the confidence and knowledge to take this into my work place. Thank you for all the effort you put in to teaching us.

Course was absolutely brilliant, very informative and relative to the situations that can occur on the ward setting. Kirstie was a great trainer, couldn’t fault her, was. Able to use her experience and scenarios for us to gain a better understanding. Look forward to the refresher course in the future
Training that made me think about my skills and how to use them safely . Beneficial to the team and patients I have the privilege to look after . Kirstie is an amazing advocate for safe care and ensured understanding and use of skills
I would say the training is really helpful as we can have difficult individuals on the ward and this would be a good course to train others as other wards get difficult individuals and kirstie is amazing :)

This course was the one of the best training courses I’ve been on! Kirstie is such a brilliant teacher, she kept me engaged and entertained by all her stories and teaching techniques. I have really enjoyed these past three days and never dreaded coming in like some training courses make me feel. I have learnt so much and will definitely be putting it into practice back on the ward. Thankyou again kirstie :)
