Very knowledgeable trainer. Let the group discuss with own stories and scenarios whilst maintaining course content. Kept the course light hearted and involved everyone
Trainer made the training very easy to memorise, felt i took all the content in really easily thanks to him, also assisted with all escapes in a way everyone could get no matter their skill. Enjoyed the course.

I really enjoyed this course, it is so relevant and necessary for our role, and for the safety of our members and staff. John the trainer was excellent throughout, very professional, knowledgeable and engaging and passionate within his training. John made the course, interesting, meaningful and fun. It is difficult to maintain momentum on a three full days course, but John managed this. Thank you .
