Ben was absolutely amazing! This was my first time with this sort of training and he made it so enjoyable and easy to understand. The physical side of training was great he made sure I understood completely and helped with the correct posture and positions . I hope I have Ben again when I need a refresher course! A really informative and useful course. Really engaging trainer who taught and demonstrated really well. Lots of demonstrations which were really easy to follow. Lots of useful background information and opportunities to learn further. Felt it was a safe space to ask questions. Overall, an excellent learrning experience. Thanks Ben!
