It was a really good course with very knowledgeable trainers. Both trainers made the learning fun and worked really well as a team. It is refreshing to have trainers who have both knowledge and experience of our customers and can relate to your work environment. I'd say this was the best course I've been on with skills I can implement. I feel if I have further questions or need further support, I can always ask both Kelly and CraigResponse : Hi Emma.
