Was really interesting and reminded me of how to do the PBS, as I personally do not do it . So really good
The corse was grate Liam was a very good trainer and worked well with the group
The course was delivered in a professional but relaxed manor. Learnt new and different strategies to what I already knew and feel we’ve covered everything which we needed too even with it being a refresher, really enjoyed it
The trainer was Speaking quickly. ..May be a bit slow next time

Training was above adequate but he did call the women darling and a little patronising
