Attending the Sherwood training was truly enlightening! It provided valuable insights and educational content that has proven incredibly beneficial for both myself and the children I work with. I particularly appreciated the dedicated time for reflection on our own practices and those of our students, allowing us to delve into areas for improvement and strategies for growth. In addition, the training provided an invaluable opportunity for our team to share experiences and knowledge. This not only enriched the learning but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and mutual support among everyone attending. It was incredibly rewarding to tap into the collective wisdom of the team and explore the different perspectives on best practices. Kerry and Sam were exceptional, offering profound insights and showcasing impressive knowledge. Their collaborative approach enhanced the learning experience. I've already shared the knowledge gained with my class team, and we've noticed positive changes in behavior and attitudes as a result.
