Invaluable training both content and delivery

All the information was very easy to follow. Carrie made it interesting and relating it to our family members and social life.

Fantastic training today I feel I have learnt so much and can use what I have learnt in my work setting .

Course needs more time to achieve the goals. Andy had to rush through a few areas because he was pushed for time. Materials were excellent.

Fairly straight forward training. Didn’t feel it required a whole day however, as some parts were focused on far too long.

Much better than previous training

It was an absolute pleasure and the information and knowledge was great. I have to say that I have done pbs training every year for the past 5 years and I have learnt more here than I have ever. Very happy and dedicated trainer that appears very passionate about her role. This shows in the teaching methods. Also a very good listener and gives good advice. All I can say is I can’t wait for a years time and also to put what I have learnt into practice. Thank you so much.
