Excellent training. Jack made the training very interesting and engaging. Three day course and I learned a lot even though I have previous training experience. The training was engaging and informative, It has given me more confidence in implementing PBS strategies. I feel better equipped to support individuals in a more positive and structured way, and I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learned in practice.

Ben was our trainer for today’s course. He was interactive and did lots of different interactive parts throughout this training. He was engaging and we had lots of breaks which was good.
