Enjoyable training very informative and made fun to go through
Aleksandra was brilliant, she explained all aspect in great detail and always on hand to help if anyone struggled to understand any parts of the course. Aleksandra is a very focused on delivering high standards of training and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
Enjoyed the course however felt the clothing release and hair pull release could be misconstrued as aggression form an external view. Trainer really helpful and knowledgeable.
This training was very well delivered and informative. I feel ready and confident stepping into the role of a support worker after completing this training. The trainer made the course fun, informative and very accessible.
Great course, I learnt so much during the 3 days, I learnt how important it is to understand different behaviour, and why. 10/10 for me
