I found the strategies useful for some patients however A&E Is a difficult environment to manipulate certain settings etc

Very interactive day to all. Liam was a good speaker, kept the team engaged at all times. Utilised the workbooks and group work throughout and presentation. This module will positively influence my practice with patients whilst providing positive behaviour support to my patients and having positive outcomes to my patients.

PBS training was very informative and helpful, which helps to understand more about a persons behaviour and I find it will be more useful while working in an A&E environment.
