I think the arousal model was the most useful, and enjoyed that it was referred to throughout the day to bring the modal to life. Feel like it may need a more specific patient focus to make it even more applicable to the job role. I am happy for our team to assist in this
Training was very relevant to the work I do in Accident and Emergency, especially in managing mental health patients Trainer Lee was also awesome with his delivery
