Great refresher course really helpful with updates and changes

Lots of updating. Fast pace, but relaxed approach, allowing for questions and checking back. Open to discussion, but clear about what is ok and what is not agreed as accredited. Professional and approachable.

Thorough review re all changes in RRN and COVID restrictions and ways to work round. Large quantity of information for one day! Atmosphere professional and friendly. Thanks
