Trainers were confident and clear in delivering the course. It was done in a safe way and l felt that l can easily carry out the manoeuvres with confidence.

Trainers very good took their time explained everything clearly and answered any questions, demonstrated every technique before we tried it , very good training sessions

Excellent course well structured and delivered. Lots of content but delivered in a way that didn't feel overwhelming. Great content that all should follow.
