The course was very educational and the trainer was very interactive
Thoroughly enjoyable. Good mix of staff who attended & Natalie made me feel at ease refreshing the Breakaway Techniques,etc.

Lissa was really good at explaining and getting us all involved in the answers. Made it much more interesting than usual training sessions. The content was informative and reinforced previous learning.
Johnathan was a brilliant instructor really enjoyed the course, I would definitely recommend this course
