It was an excellent and active class . Learned a lot about the positive communication and dr..escalation methods of challenging behaviour . Got a better understanding about the behavior of concern is a way Of communication or seeking help. I am pleased to apply these in my daily patient care practices. Thank you

Scott was great at instructing the lesson today, giving clear instructions and examples throughout the day, was great to have a refresher especially as in the home I work, Physical intervention is not a common occurrence, thankyou Scott.
