Really enjoyed day 2 more than i thought i would. The trainer was really interactive and used real life examples of when these strategies were used which was helpful. The trainer was very friendly and accommodating and took her time in helping correct the techniques. She also made the powerpoint part engaging and interesting.
Enjoyed the course! Both trainers were very knowledgeable and clearly pationate about using least restrictive practice. Lots of emphasis on using postive strategies to support people which is important when supporting vulnerable people.
Dea is very engaging with all involved on the course. I really enjoyed the practical aspects of the course.
Ben was excellent and nothing was too much, he went over everything again when needed and was very understanding if needed to repeat anything
