Very good to refresh my knowledge, felt very safe with the trainer who was very knowledgeable and calming. I felt safe and confident to go in front of the group to practice what was taught. Teaching was very good and thorough and went over what was taught multiple times and checked everyone was happy before moving on.

Relevant, clear, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and clarify things. Information spaced well throughout the day. Activities helped to break things down into processable chunks. Appreciated the booklet to allow us to check things after for afterwards to ensure it was all cemented.
