Learnt by a good tutor Liam showing us techniques, he had lots of patience and time for all

Brilliant day . Lots of laughs as well as the seriousness of the course. Lots of refreshers . Liam a nice bloke too.

The delivery of the course was lovely and the trainers really got people engaged. The content all makes sense in theory but all of the holds assume that you are coming towards a young person from behind which does not reflect reality so it can be difficult to imagine in a real life setting.

Explain the information clearly

Friendly environment, relaxed but formal learning/training. I feel I have learnt the necessary skills to ensure my safety as well as my service users to a high standard.

I really enjoyed the PBS refresher, Jack was professional and made me feel at ease with any questions I had.
