Rachael was very warm and welcoming, ensured all participants felt included in the course and checked understanding throughout. Colleagues that had completed the course previously with another trainer, commented that Rachael explained the techniques in a far clearer way than the previous trainer. As a result they felt more confident practicing the techniques.

I have worked in challenging behaviour for over a decade. It was good to have training from another point of view and seeing how it has changed over the years, Lee made training productive and appropriate and relevant to our scheme.
