Fantastic training, really informative and fun and engaging. He made it fun by interacting with everyone and Having a joke at times while still ensure we learnt all the breakaway maneuvers

It is an interesting and educative training. The trainer was very engaging and practical. Training takeaway will help work with people we support without hurting them during break away sessions

Ben was an excellent trainer, very enthusiastic and good sense of humour. The course was very thorough and interesting. I have done other restraint training by different providers but I found this training to have care and empathy as the main focus. I learnt different techniques which I think are safer and more affective.Response : Thank you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback.
