Brilliant course learnt lots of new things and a lot of knowledge

Great training from a knowledgeable instructor who used real life examples to make the subject matter interesting. I think it would be good to have had a couple of breaks rather than one as I found it difficult to concentrate after a while as there was a lot of information to take in and assimilate - the second break would have helped with that.

I really enjoyed the training. The trainer was great, very knowledgeable and experienced.

Really interesting, a good mix of conversation and learning. Kirstie has an insight into different situations and by being able to explain scenarios has supported me to understand and learn. thank you

Lee delivered an open and engaging course, with lots of good information given and examples of how PBS training is relevant with real life examples. Came away with lots of ideas as to how to apply this information positively in supported living services. The back and forth conversational nature of the training at times really helped with gaining an understanding.
