Very enthusiastic trainer, easy to follow interactive course

I enjoyed the course. However, I thought that it would have provided more direction upon the claims handling of PI claims, typically what types of claims we could expect to receive, how to investigate them, value them, and some pitfalls to look out for, etc.
Excellent course. Informative and well delivered. A few technical IT issues but overall well received.

Chris was very helpful and it was nice that the meeting was small, it allowed it to be more personal and interactive, I felt I could ask any questions I needed to!

Chris did very well, presentation was fun - for me the level of the course was rather basic and I expected some more links to risks and underwriting . There were a lot of technical issues - no ones' fault but might be worth looking into better platforms. I hear more complaints about Teams.
Response: Hi Gaetan, thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed Chris' approach and method of delivery. You are right this is a basic introduction to haulage and logistics course. I am sorry we encountered technical difficulties with Teams. We did check that Teams would work OK with your organisation but the technology let us down on the day. The majority of our courses are run on WebEx rather than Teams or Zoom etc but even then the technology does let us down now and again.
