Ed was excellent - very personable and easy to ask questions of. He made the material easy to understand and delivered it well. We had a round table for 12 participants which was good for facilitating discussion but made it difficult for people round one half of the table to see the slides being displayed behind them.

We unfortunately did not take into account the placement of the IT equipment in relation to the room set up. We will definitely take this into account, going forward.
Really valuable knowledge and structured walk through the content. Loved the discussion without feeling like Ed was just reading slides.

My objective of learning about the different types of reinsurance were met in an easy to understand format. The trainer was professional and very informed.

Ed was a good tutor, used lots of examples and was in no way patronizing. Good breaks. The content was OK but I felt there could of been more visualizations and colors to differentiate certain slides or topics. The layout of the slides was uniform and therefore a little uninteresting. Maybe suggest varying the colors of the slides and possibly more graphs or real life examples.

I thought the content was very interesting and presented in a way that was easy to follow for someone with no previous knowledge.
Ed had a relaxed and informative presenting style that worked well with the whole audience including me. He encouraged involvement and was particularly good at providing positive feedback to those that offered opinions (and guesses!)
