I was very impressed with Diane Jenkin's training and engagement with us during training. She used a good range of visual and discussion based activities, like breakout rooms and course contents.

As a newcomer to insurance this provided a very useful high level overview. A massive, complex subject with the usual dizzying array of acronyms and jargon but by sticking to broad areas rather than fine detail the content was accessible and engaging.
