One of the best virtual courses I attended in the last 2 years, Sarah was very skilled at facilitating the interaction and making sure everyone was engaged and learning. She managed to turn a potentially "dry" material into something interesting.

The course is great for those that want both surface and deeper knowledge of the insurance industry. My main aim was to understand how the different job roles within the industry relate to one another so getting an understanding of the principles of insurance was a plus. Also may I add it was enjoyable and the interactive element of the course really helped me to retain what I learnt.
