I thought the session was very helpful in understanding how I deal with certain situations and it really gave me food for thought on how i can improve myself and how to deal with difficult brokers. The course was very interactive which kept me engaged.

It was a really good interactive session. I was made to feel comfortable about vocalising when I didn't know answers. Think I would have benefited from understanding a bit about actuaries and what their involvement/responsibilities are.

Overall the training was very useful and well organised, I enjoyed it being interactive as it kept me interested the whole way through and made it easier to learn. I also liked that we could download the slides to refer back to at a later time. The trainer was also a great teacher and was very clear in her explaining.
