Really enjoyed the training course, I liked the interactive way the course was done, David was excellent and took his time explaining everything ...I felt very involved throughout the course and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Sarah was great. Very easy to talk to and got us engaged and participating so it felt like a discussion rather than just being talked at. Very empathetic to my situation and didn’t make me feel silly for not being more assertive or handling something better.
