This was a basic intro only and fulfilled that purpose admirably. The group was very diverse in its cultural and professional composition but the course was equally applicable to all. Trainer was approachable and patient but also hit the right level for ensuring the group got the work done.

Brilliant course, very informative in it's presentation and insightful into current leadership style. Learning about yourself helps you to understand how to improve, particularly with regards to receipt of feedback as well as social approach in a group and one to one setting. I've taken some valuable points from the course and would definitely attend future courses of this nature.

This was a really informative course, whilst not entirely relevant to Claims, it was also a great insight to things that take place on 'the other side' and is something that was interesting.

Very informative, professional and interesting. The trainer held everyone's attention really well which made for a brilliant training session. I wish I'd had this training when i started in this business 15 years ago! From a legal and professional point of view this training should be mandatory!
