Lecturer seemed to have an excellent current knowledge of insurance and consistently engaged with each of the delegates ensuring full participation

This was a really insightful Webinar and I believe attendee participation during the session via Q&As really meant delegates stayed engaged and involved with the topic. Ed did a fantastic job getting to know the delegates and applying their current and past job roles as points of reference to help understanding. Given this was a 3 hour course, it didn't feel like that, and I learned that reinsurance comes in many forms and fundamentally depends on the terms of the contract. Having been doing general and syndicated insurance for 17 years, I definitely learned something and would 100% recommend this course to anyone, new starters or industry professionals like myself.

Overall it was brilliant. Only feedback old be to put more information on the slides to be able to refer back to. During the training I understand why there’s limited info on the slides as it encourages interaction, but as a handout afterwards I feel like I would benefit to look back on, rather than my scribbled notes.
