All areas of the training were very well explained and easy to follow. Mr. Serge was very professional throughout the training. Looking forward to a similar training in the near future.
Wonderful lecture! Lots of case studies which were based on the real projects were interesting and very helpful to better understand about how to make a deal.
Mr. Vidal relayed the information well and was able to simplify the applicability of the concept, which i believe was very helpful.

I enjoyed the course overall. I believe that what would have worked better, however, was for the local organizers to share with the trainer our local policies so that the material could have been more tailored for our local market. For example, showing how to apply ECL to loans and portfolio of loans rather than Bonds.

Excellent course. Clearly structured and delivered. Even as an experienced metal market professional I was able to get a refresher on the topics and work through the excellent case studies presented especially for metal hedging with futures and options.
Firstly, a big thank you to Emma who conducted the course with the utmost professionalism, organization, and patience. She is an expert on the subject and also a fantastic teacher. She kept our energy up and allowed plenty of time for questions. The course is extremely well designed and goes into the right amount of detail. I liked the examples, quizzes, team interactions, and hourly breaks. My only advice is to try and split the online futures and options one-day course into a two-day course as it is a lot to take in. This would give students an opportunity to digest what they've learned in the first half of the course.
