Amazing 3 days of learning. Role play was fantastic especially using different personality and how to engage with these clients. Trainer was very engaging and the course material relevant to my role.

Probably the best work-related course I’ve ever been on. Robert was amazing and made it the material interactive and engaging. His ability to bring a very disparate group together was particularly impressive.

The three day course was 100% worth it. It was interesting to meet colleagues from over the globe and compare the differences in the ways we operate the same/similar roles. The trainer was fantastic and overall the course was a really enjoyable experience. Was disappointed to learn that the course was going to be an online course and not instructor lead. I strongly believe more can be gained from the interactive course than the online course.
