I enjoyed the programme because the facilitator was engaging, experienced and knowledgeable. His presentations were practical, with relevant examples. Importantly, our discussions allowed me to share experiences from my country, including other African cultural considerations that impact risk managment, making the course more relevant to my specific expectations and requirements, rather than purely generic.
