Thanks for a great course. While I had previously tried to learn these concepts myself, I was always getting mixed up. Having Emma work through examples during the course clarified things immensely.

I think the session is very useful as a base for Client Service. It helps in setting out what the expectations of a Client Service personnel are, and provide us with tools in better managing our clients.

overall content is rather useful and applicable to client service facing role person. Trainer did a great job to make virtual class meeting a big success. It is definitely an interactive and engaged training just like classroom training. suggestion is to cut short session on internal stakeholder map and to have longer session on role play would give more exposures / practical when dealing with client on bad news
