Stephen is clearly a very experienced professional, and we are luckly that he is so passionate about sharing his experiences. That being said, I think that Trade Finanace is clearly a very broad subject and at times very detailed. In my opinion, this course does go into too much detail at times, but that might be subjective for my role within the trade world.

When the subject itself was so full, I thought it would be difficult to handle it for 3 days. (I was being abit biased as well) But after 3 days, I was ready to have more and talk more. Through out my education I have learnt that this is all because of the teacher. I believe Ms Emma Jenkins could be the best thing that happened to forwards, options, carries, tapos, greeks and everything else that about this course. As someone who has not studied finance, I have gained enough knowledge and behavior to be familiar with what I have heard in my work place and even drop a few comments.

As an introductory course, the course is well designed and provide a clear concepts, such as what LME does, what hedging is, what Futures are and how Futures work etc. I work in the Credit side, and the course helps me to understand what the Front Office is going to do with our counterparties. Also, Emma is a great trainer. She spoke very clearly with appropriate pace and was very patient with questions.

The course was really worth my while and would definitely recommend not just to Compliance Counterparts but to the Business, Legal and Risk

The knowledges shared during this course are heavy. I can see the interest of 1 full week when it is about attending in London offices. Using Zoom during 6 hours for 1 full week is not adapted. I would recommend in case of this remote training either having more days but less hours per day or having 1-2 days per week during a month. It will allow to manage better our work and swallow better the knowlegdes.

The training was good, the content was good as well. I learnt and am sure my evaluation process will be improved. It was quite interactive regardless of connectivity challenges at times. The trainer is good, knowledgeable and able to tackle questions and involve everyone.

The content and the presenter was very good, only that we had challenges with connectivity. The seasons were very interractive.
