This program allowed me to gain a better overall understanding of the fundamentals of IT and serving others. I will use this information to guide me in my future career in IT.
Great program. Don't have anything for it to change.
The graphics and content at times did seem outdated and cheesy graphics
Some minor errors in the slide deck, the professor corrected them on the spot or pointed them out
There was a lot to learn in a small amount of time, and the course did a good job spacing it out and getting the information in.
Great course, labs were great and the instructor gave a lot of real world insight and examples.

there was a lot of information and marerial to cover in the two week alloted time. I feel like the previous 2 classes that more time was needed to cover the material and/or more time to study and do homework. I work full time and in the last month and a half have only had Thanksgiving off. I did not have time to go over homework or have extra time to study. I wake up at 3:30 every morning. work from 6 am to 4:30 to 5:30 pm. most of the time I did not make it home in time for class, so I would have to be on my phone for parts of class. then I would finish class at 10 pm and would do some things I needed to get ready for work and the next day. that gave me roughly about 4.5 to 5 hours a night to sleep. I am very interested in making this a new career change but it has been very difficult for me to do anything outside of the class time to help me for any if the tests. I think another week should be added to each course so that way the material doesn't have to be run through so quickly and it would give students a better fighting chance, who have my same work schedule, to actually be able to study and do homework. I have learned a lot but I feel if I would of had more time to study and do my homework I could of been succeeded more. the fact that I have struggled and haven't had the time study makes me feel like I have failed and that I am not prepared at all to take the final exam to get my certifications. once all the courses are done I will need to study on my own a lot more than most of the students and I feel I am way behind most of my class mates which is very discouraging.
