Variety of study material and resources is very helpful.
The lab content should not be rushed, but it was useful to have the instructor available during labs.
A+ was a four (night class) week. While I think this class easily could have taken that amount of time.
I don't think I could've gotten through this course if it wasn't for Remy's extra illustrations. He really helped to ensure that we absorbed, practiced, and learned the material.
One issue was with the lab 1 and 2. There were errors that never got fixed.
I believe the course objectives are in-line with CompTia's requirements. However, the time constraint of 10 days has proved to be a bit too much for my learning ability. Although I came in with previous college experience with CCNA, I've caught myself struggling to absorb much of the material. I would certainly recommend this course for someone who has the spare time to take it and not have to stress between work, life and school.
i was disappointed that we are not given an e-book to study from. Taking a class is only the first stage of preparing for a certification tes.
I would highly suggest that you record the class. This would be a great way for the trainer to understand and fix some of his teaching techniques. It would also give supervisor a tool to reflect on when people are having trouble failing exams and so forth. Also it would stop teachers from saying things like this school is not for you.
Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback even though it is very disappointing for us to read. We are already taking actions to address the issues you highlighted as we work on improving the students’ classroom experience. The information will greatly help us in that regard.
Mr. Tanner you did an awesome job! I do not see anything that needs to be changed. If there was ever a doubt about something in the course curriculum that I did not understand Mr. Tanner was able to answer my question and explain in detail why the answer is. Thanks a lot Mr. Tanner excited to get into the field and apply what I have learned.
