In general, I felt the course was comprehensive and there are plenty of resources to study for the certification exam.

Lots of material to cover within 2 weeks, but the instructor always provides plenty of examples and is very knowledgeable in network concepts. I would definitely recommend him.

The power points were very lacking and just provided bullet points. I would've liked them to have slightly more information.

I think the instructor is awesome. But I also wish there was more time to dumb it down for the people who are new. I was lost a lot in this course and didn't want to interrupt the class every single time I was confused out of respect for the rest of the class.

Security + had way two much material to cover in two weeks with all of the content. I spent almost 10 hours outside of class everyday to cover the lessons and the section questions. I did not have the time to a single lab for security +. Adon is the best instructor by far!

A lot of this felt like overlap from Sec+, which is good because that's currently what I'm studying for, but there didn't seem to be a lot of new info here.

A lot of info in a short amount of time

The inability to get the "Practice Labs" to work correctly was extremely frustrating. To be honest, I gave up. Instead, I downloaded the transcripts to each lab so that even though I couldn't complete or practice the tasks in a real environment, I could at least review what was necessary to complete each assignment.

Content was very dry and dull, going over definitions and slides for hours at a time, makes it difficult to pay attention and absorb what the instructor is saying. I feel ITIL would be better suited at the end of the COMPTIA courses so those us with little IT Experience can better understand and put into perspective what exactly the instructor is talking about.
