I enjoyed the course and the time the instructor took to make sure we understood the material. It helped a lot even when the material would be confusing at times i still felt i was able to grasp the context of it with the help of the instructor,

Sunday really went above and beyond to teach us beyond the course material. I really learned a lot from the course, and can use his teachings in real life scenarios.

Really great teacher. It's just really hard to comprehend what he is saying most of the time. He does however, allow us to ask questions however many times but it just became hard to follow along with him after a while. Also the slides were not that well for those of us that wanted to go back and study off of the slides we used in the class.

While the course has a lot of information that can tend to be dry, it was interesting. The instructor was very knowledgeable of the subject, though at times could be hard to understand when speaking quickly.

Everything has room for improvement but the course was very informative. As the course went along I realized that i had been using majority of ITIL 4 for my career as an electrician. It laid out the why's, what's, who's, and how's. I will continue to use this in everyday life, now that i realize what it is. Thank you

It really is a lot of material in short time. As long as you pay attention and are invested you will receive the information needed to pass the final exam

Great instructor, a lot of information but the course breakdown was easy to follow. The resources available were awesome to include outside resources.

The class was great. The instructor needs to be more aware of what screen is being shown as that delays the class a bit. Other than that everything ran smooth. Thanks.
