With respect to the wealth of information that encompassed the course, I feel that the time frame which the course spanned was not appropriate to obtain mastery of the material. An additional week dedicated solely to lab work, study groups, and Socratic discussion over complex and lengthy chapters would encourage mastery.
I appreciate the material and the opportunity to learn the material in preparing me for the exam and for assisting me in becoming job ready.
Great class. Fast paced but bearable. More interactive content to keep people focused & working to memorize terms & phrases on sight.
It was engaging. Maybe make this course 3 weeks, given the amount of new material that was introduced and taught.
I do not believe this course is as nearly as effective as the previous courses such as A+ and Net+ in the boot camp style. I found the labs difficult to understand and use.

If you're starting with very little knowledge in IT and like self learning with tons of assistance, ACI is for you.
The course offered a lot of valuable information, at a fast pace. The course feels smooth and the information easy to access.
This course was well taught, the instructor kept the class engaged. John Brown (Instructor) was able to correlate real-world examples into the lessons which solidified the objective being discussed. I feel confident in taking both the industry exam and the ACI end-of-course exam.
