first week of the class I had covid so I was lost the whole time, second week I was drowning un able to catch up

I would highly suggest not starting a class with the intent of switching instructors halfway through especially with a break in between. Core 1 & 2 should be by the same instructor.Response : Thanks Erica for your comments. We will address your concerns as we continue improve strive for better classroom experiences.

I really enjoyed the outside content; I feel that I did learn the material. I feel it was fast paced for the average individual. I would like to keep a solid instructor and include more informal teaching and student interactions.

This course should not be part of the CUSS program. More useful IT courses should be focused on. More time should be allotted to Network +, A+ and security + and comptia certs.

We had too much break time, having time on labs with the instructor present would give students time to ask questions regarding the lab.
