My expectation from the course was to learn about the innovations in Internal Auditing practice, although in my view the course and its materials (presentation shared over the four days) was mostly about the IA practices rather than focused on the innovation.

Each day of class was a massive data dump so it was often difficult to retain information. Many in the class had little to no exposure to IT networking, so it was common to lack a basic framework or context for the content. It may just be a consequence of 100% remote classes, but I perform best through hands-on learning and you just don't get that on Zoom. Getting that hands-on environment can provide that framework to fit all that new technical info into.

the labs are good, but there is a big problem with them. most are atleast an hour long and contain so many segments that you have to do its impossible to really learn the procedures. the lab steps need to be printable so students can read them without having to spend an another hour or more dedicated to doing them on the computer again. then you can atleast try and remeber the steps for the really important labs to help build technical skills

intense but great content that is crucial for the basics of networking

It was only my previous IT knowledge that got me through this course. I only pray I have the ability to request another instructor for future classes.
