I thought this was a nice course but I'm not sure I would recommend it to my colleges.
Overall it was a good experience not unlike many other I have taken.
Thanks for providing the opportunity for veterans to be able to enhance their portfolio!
the course material was ok but I took diligent notes and studied them before the practice exam and to hear the instructor contradict her own slides and words is disappointing. I now basically have to go back and relearn the material according to the pmbok and not my notes. I feel the Army is wasting money by paying for ACI's course. There is no way I should have spent 30 hours in a virtual classroom just to get 58% on an open notes/ open book test. I will not recommend this course to anyone.
This is a great introduction into the IT realm. ITIL Foundation feels like a proper jumping off point for those entering the career field.
