Great course with a great trainer especially under the current situation. Jen was great and explained things well.

Brendan is a very knowledgeable tutor with a friendly and approachable style, bringing humour and lightness to otherwise quite heavy learning material. Having completed this course I feel much more confident that I will be able to step into emergency situations and provide a competent first response. I would recommend this course.
