Very enjoyable for a first aid course

Very engaging and interactive course.

Really fun and interesting, not too much too fast for someone who knows nothing, and great practical scenarios that really help you remember the content

We were welcomed in a nice, clean environment with coffee, tea and biscuits. Eddie was very professional, good sense of humour and made course very practical. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the course, Derek delivered the content with enthusiasm, knowledge and pitched it just right for his audience. I learnt so much and Derek created an atmosphere where we could asked questions if we didn’t understand or were unsure. Thank you so much , I thought the day was great.

Absolutely fantastic. Derek was so informative and enthusiastic. Very, very knowledgible, but delivered in such a interesting manner, it made you eager to learn. During my working life I had to attend first aid courses every year, but hearing about Derek's experiences in many forums just made the course so enjoyable and relevant.

Videos made everything less abstract. Mike has a great way of bringing the content to life by explaining the science behind and going over content repeatedly so that the take home messages were really clear!
