The trainer was amazing Explain everything clearly. We had laughs. I explained that I find things hard to understand things as dyslexic and he explained everything simply for me.

Paul my trainer was excellent. He had a great wealth of knowledge and explained things very well. He listened to my comments and questions. We ran through the day at a good pace. We were moved to a cold room on the top floor of a baptist church, with no milk or biscuits as advised. Was disappointed with the lack of organisation on Surrey First Aids front as there was a mix up by them and I was the only delegate on the course. Hence we did not start the course till 9.50am. This was fine by me but other women might see this as an awkward situation.
